EJ's Obsession

So... my EJ has this "thing" for mirrors. He LOVES to lick them... all day if he could. Also, he has this morning ritual. He sleeps on the highest perch at night, and in the morning when I take his cage cover off, he moves down to the perch with his mirror and runs over, kisses himself in the mirror, and chirps "good morning" to himself. It's so cute! He also has a habit of squeezing himself as close to his mirror as possible as you can see in the pictures. He's a nut! I just thought that I would share the pictures with everyone! (Sorry for the quality of some of the pictures. I took a lot of them with my cellphone.)

I have exact the same toy as in the first 2 pictures for Tijl! But then i have the triangles up and down, you know what Tijl did in it when we just got her?
She lay down in it on her back and slept

Exactly... the way he talks to himself in the mirror. You can tell that he thinks that he is the hottest thing ever.

Awww... yeah. I sometimes wish that he had a lovie friend, but... as much as he hates our cats, I hate to see what he would think of another bird.
